What does "made-to-order" mean?
Every piece of Lucid Reality gear is printed and made just for you after you place your order — we don't keep mountains of pre-made inventory sitting in a warehouse. This means less waste, fresher prints, and a product made specifically for your order. It also means there's a short production window before your gear ships (see below). Good things are worth the short wait.
How long does shipping take?
Because your order is made-to-order, there are two stages:
- Production: 3–5 business days to print and prepare your gear.
- Transit: 3–5 business days once it ships.
Most orders arrive within about 1–2 weeks. You'll get tracking the moment your order leaves the shop.
Do you ship internationally?
Right now we ship within the United States only. We're a growing brand and plan to expand — follow us @LucidRealityxSports on Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube to be the first to know when we open up international shipping.
What is your return / exchange policy?
Since every item is made-to-order specifically for you, we don't accept general returns. But we stand behind our gear 100%. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or exchange. Just email us at info@lucidrealityshop.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Is Lucid Reality veteran-owned?
Yes. Lucid Reality is proudly veteran-owned, built by someone who served across two branches of the U.S. military. Our story runs deep — from Alaska to a house fire to building this brand in Charlotte, North Carolina. When you wear Lucid Reality, you're backing real people with a real story.
Where is the clothing made?
Our gear is produced through trusted print-on-demand partners and designed right here in Charlotte, North Carolina. Every design comes straight from the Lucid Reality crew.
Do you offer a military discount?
